Guidelines
There is no single carbohydrate number for everyone; your care team will help set yours. Many people track carbohydrates and fiber per serving and keep added sugar low (the American Heart Association suggests no more than 25 g a day for women and 36 g for men). These recipes keep added sugar at 6 g or less per serving.
